Management fee so high in Brisbane?

I use them and I'm getting $500+ for my property so I'm probably ahead. Can't say I've had any real issues so far but it's still early days.

There were good reviews around for them in SS, so hopefully you'll have no issue at all. My property is on the $300 mark, so the cost is comparable with others. the PM I choose has awesome reviews and very responsive, so I chose her. My choice Might be different if the ip is on the $500 mark.
