Manager in Newcastle

Hi,
Need new manager asap. Properties in New Lambton, Mayfield, Shortland, Macquarie Hills and Speers Point. I remember somebody mentioned a good pm in Lambton somewhere? Also what % would you expect to pay for rents of approx $2200 per week? Thanks for any help.

Im using MDRE for my Mayfield IP, they seem ok to me but this is my first/only IP so I dont have much to compare them with. They have always been available when I call/email. I could only imagine having more properties like yourself would get you much better service.

Not sure about the % PM fee but I pay just over 7% on 400pw.

I've recently renovated two properties in Cardiff & Gateshead, interviewed several agents and settled on Engage Property (ask for John Gilbert). He has been excellent, organising all the little things to get the properties up for rental and VERY responsive.

I know a few others here recommended them too.

PM fees competitive too at 5.5%
