Marketing & Presenting a Property Well

Hi All,

I have a project that is currently going thru DA Approval. It is a 4 unit site in the S/E suburbs. My aim is to sell them OTP (Off The Plan). All the units are 2 beddas, with my target market being the elderly downsizer and also the investor.

I believe that the Selling Process is just as important as all the other stages of the project, and I would like to have just as much input.

Most real estate agents go through the usual process. Although there is nothing wrong with that, I feel that as the owner and person that will be most affected by the end sales prices, I need to have as much input to maximize the end sales. What are some innovative ways others have used or know to market and present the properties in the best way, to draw in more interest and a better end result?

Since the properties will be sold OTP, I will be using 3D realistic colour images of the units interior and exterior Also display boards with examples of fittings ie. skirtings, roof tiles, interior paint colours etc.
