I was looking at 3.25 last Nov.

Gone up again I think.

OK, more due diligence, and though our offer was accepted, I found the fire compliance was not up to standard. It could cost anywhere between 100 and 300K to get the building compliant, and that's a risk I'm not willing to take. Will be withdrawing my offer on Monday.

Now looking for another home for my cash.
