I have used woodlands conveyencing for my last 2 IPs. The price is $440 all inclusive. I even got a discount for the last one [$396]!!!

I found them to be good and knowledgeble. However if you are using a trust or other complex thingys may be it is better to go with a solicitor rather than a conveyencer?
