metro melbourne up to 600k?

hello fellow Somersofters,

seeking your opinions on what areas u like in metro melbourne for that price range.. looking to purchase a house that might have a good potential for capital gains when growth eventually returns..

currently considering these 2.. any thoughts would be very much appreciated

I like the carnegie one - but then you are likely looking at $100k more... (my assumptions on an EPR of $600k auction is that the seller is wanting $650+)

I think the Carnegie option was better, but as was mentioned above i think you would be looking at above 650 for that property.
