Hi all,
I have received an offer for a short term rental on a fully furnished property I own in QLD. They are looking for 2 months and will move in immediately, which is great over the Christmas period when things are often slow.
My rental manager has advised that they are legally unable to lease for less than 3 months. It is in Gladstone and there would be a massive market if I can do short-term leases and would receive a higher rental.
Is anyone aware if this 3 month legal minimum is actually correct in QLD?
Thanks,
Matt
