There has been many discussions regarding mortgagee auctions and various sites have been posted, I thought I should add another one.
What I found interesting with this one is that they have the results published on their site, with the prices and the dates sold.
This company acts as straight out RE agents but also acts as auctioneer for one of the big lenders. In most cases you will not see these properties advertised on the various real estate websites (realestate.com etc). They usually work in conjunction with a local agent.
I came across them by attending one of the auctions for a group of townhouses. I found the sales staff extremely helpful at the OFI.
