morningside development - Syndicate Discounted purchase

Looks good - I drove past there today and took film of the street/site.

Yes - I would be interested in getting a couple more people interested to buy, maybe we could work out a discounted price for involvement.

I could organize most of the money to buy and build. Any buyers/investors could hold a purchase contract and mortgage during the process.

Probably end up with around 7% of market sale price discounted/given back to investor...

Eg 500K = $35K back as JV/syndicate return.???
