Mould - a win for property manager

I know there has been plenty of discussion in here on mould related issues so thought people might be interested in the result of some recent court action.

Interesting.

But it would be interesting also to know if there were any costs against the tenant- perhaps just the bond. The PM obviously spent a lot of time on the case.

If there was to be only one key point in that article, it would be the following.

"Ms Bathgate said she treated every tenancy and every situation as though it was going to go to the tribunal."

Document everything. You can never keep too much documentation.

I agree - never too much but too little could be a problem. Hence my loooooong ingoing reports lol.
