Hi everyone,
I received keys to my CBD apartment in early April (purchased August last year - tenant contract ended) and began renovating (walls and floors). After waiting 2 months for body corporate to approve my request to change the floor coverings, this is the end result.
What I learnt is that body corporate can take forever to hold their meetings, Harvey Norman are ridiculously expensive; much better to opt for timber tradies, stenciling is a lengthy process, body corporate rarely return your calls or emails, and patience is a virtue.
Stenciling is incomplete, but I hope to have living area with this stencil and the bedroom with this stencil.

Nasty carpet stains!
