You are thinking of units in the Navra Managed Fund.

These are shares in the Navrainvest company behind the fund. Last capital raising saw them sold at $2.50. If you have faith in the company then the eBay auction is currently less than half of that.

If and when the company is listed on the ASX then the shares will be easily traded but for now a seller needs to find his own buyer - hence the eBay auction. Has been done a few times now.
