Just wanted to see if anyone could provide me with a perspective on what avenues I should pursue now.
I currently have an investment house in Williamstown, rented solidly and positively geared. I recently purchased an investment property in Seddon through a buyers advocate - might I say that experience lost me over 90K because of the very shady buyers agent.
I have also recently purchased a house in Hoppers Crossing which is now my PPOR.
I am maxed out with equity (due to the terrible experience with the Seddon house). However we do have our superannuation fund which has approximately $400K. We are looking at establishing our own SMSF to purchase one last investment property. Not sure where to buy......
Have thought about a blue chip apartment (out of the west). What does everyone think? We are looking for capital gain.
