Good onya, ive been looking up that way too (though I prefer houses)

I notice you're on the east side of gympie rd away from the shops / train station. Did you notice any / much difference between west and east in your musings?

I was originally looking at units along the proposed train line but all I could find were ones for $230K - $240K

Not many units in the strathpine area and I think west is all houses

Did a google maps search and seems a bit like logan? maybe some areas are better though?

East has some units then onto wetlands it looks like, im closer to the main shopping centre tho


See how this one performs in the next decade, might shoot back up to the 2006 price of $275K?

Should I increase the rent if the tenants in place are good?
 
advertised price was $225K... again another low $10K off

next one i hope to get a bit more off

I might hold off for a full year on the rent increase
