we are looking at getting a new broker due to problems with our current one.Hoping to take advantage of the current rate drops to secure new loans and to sort out loans in to easier to manage for tax purposes.

Any ideas for brokers in perth or somebody who is willing to communicate via long distance

Lizzie all brokers can cover all states of Australia at this point. Credit legislation has been consolidated under national regulation.

+1 for Rolf - WA won't be an issue. I'm sure his got clients in every state, territory and a fair few overseas as well.
