Lunar Realty Limited is a privately owned New Zealand company registered on 18th December 2001 and the only company in New Zealand and Australia, licensed by the Lunar Embassy to re-sell property on the Moon or the other celestial bodies covered in the Declaration of Ownership.
All our property has been legally obtained from the Lunar Embassy, an American company registered in Gardnerville, Nevada, USA, who filed the original Declaration of Ownership in 1980. The purpose of this declaration was to ensure that a legal basis for the ownership of properties sold here could be claimed.
