try all fixed with adelaide bank at 8.39 IO with true 100 % offset if you want an all fixed product with more limited downside
Gets around all the split bizzo that many people dont like, and u can still "pay off" as much as u want without penalty, doesnt get around the exit cost issues if u have to jump ship though.
