It would have floating berths which would be able to move to account for the 14m difference in tides.

That's the key line I took out of the article.

I could be wrong, but I just don't know how well some of the projects this mob are talking about are going to do. Sure the land they're buying is cheap, but doesn't necessarily make for a great marina project. Pt Wakefield where their other one is doesn't even have a beach, just mud flats during tide out.

I could be totally wrong (and hopefully I am), but I would just treat this 'The Marina Project Co' with caution. At times it looks like they just need to have a project to move onto next.
