I am new to this forum and would like to ask some advice from the more experienced investors. Apology if this question has been ask before.
I have work and lived in Wollongong for more than three years now, and I am now looking to buy my first home in Wollongong area. I started looking for information about property buying and I found out that capital growth is the one most important thing when looking for a property. Although this will be my first home to dwell in (not an investment property), I would like to buy a property in a high capital growth area (preferably a house, but a townhouse or a unit is not out of the equations as well).
Can anybody give me some advice on which suburbs are the most high growth in Wollongong area (I'm looking between Bulli to Shellharbour but I've heard that areas closed to CBD have the highest growth although I'm not too sure). Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.
