NMC Thoroughbred construction loan

Hi there.

I tried searching on this within the forums but got this message:

The following words were too common, too short or too long:
"thoroughbred, construction" and the only word searched on was "loan"

As you can guess I got about a bazillian hits.

Anyway - I am getting finance through these guys and wondering if anyone else has dealt with them as a customer or a broker - comments good/bad?
