Hi Everyone

Just wondering if any of you know the answer definitely... guess it's a legal question more than any other.

If you are nominated on an "Offer & Acceptance" in W.A. are you a party to the contract?

Dunno. just bumped into this site. They brag a lot and claim to have a 24/7 help line. I know nothing about them but is a freecall number so maybe worth a shot.
