Its not only a herd of buyers but a lack of sellers. Technically this is known as a corner. I suppose you can only have a partial corner in property but the uplift in prices still results. There are specific trading reasons for it. Anyway it looks real while it lasts. We know what happens when a corner breaks in shares but Ive never seen one in property. Usually upmoves in property dont break but "plateau" while inflation catches up. So Ill watch with interest.

How much advertising money do the newspapers get from property? I dont know but have gone short West Australian Newspapers for a start.
