I've seen this listing for rent for a while. It's for a property in Ashfield Sydney but on realestate.com under Perth.

In a similar vein, why, when I do a search on properties for sale/rent in Toowong or Indooroopilly and include "surrounding suburbs", do I always return properties from "West End" in Townsville of all places?

Weird, just weird...

i had the same probs MichaelW. I think I was looking at properties in West End Bris and kept giving my Townsville. Or maybe I was looking around Toowong too?? P'd me off so much I stopped looking.

Same thing happens with Kawana on the Sunshine coast...keeps giving me Kawana in Rocky.
I guess there are lots of "similar" suburbs.

i get this searching around mosman, cremorne in sydney.. it brings up Balmoral in newcastle... rather than the balmoral we all know and love in sydney. I still think i have found a bargain when i see a three bedroom house nicely presented for rentin "balmoral" for $200 per week.. I WISH!
