Open Listing Commercial

A question for the commercial Investors,

When looking for a new tenant using a Leasing agent do you Open list / multi list with a couple of agents or do you offer exclusive agency to your agent?

What vacancy period do you allow before you change from an exclusive to a multi list?

Do you expect your agent to contact you weekly with updates or do you leave them alone to get it sorted.

Obviously I am currently looking for a new tenant, in the Brisbane CBD fringe office market.
