Having been there myself and seen the scale of this development and the general area I can and others probably can vouch that this Architect's Computer generated video walk-through of the Orion Shopping Center at Springfield is very much how it is.
For those that have not seen it or can not get to see it because of distance and location I guess this short video clip could give you an idea and 'feel' for the place and the sheer scale of the development and it's only stage one I believe.
Wouldn't mind owning a paddock out the bush not far from Springfield.
