Overall financial strategy - property & non-property

Gross Asset spread currently about 82/13/5 across Property/Business/Equities.

Still heavily slanted into property from a gross asset perspective (my preferred measuring stick), though not income. Currently adding to the equities category.

Strategy? Put funds into the best investment at the time using as little of my own cash as possible to help broaden the base at a faster pace.

Specialisation is the way wealth has been created by many people, over a long period of time. Diversification protects the wealth once accumulated.

That is getting printed, framed and hung on my wall.....too true.
