Apologies, wasn't having a go at you but yes the post reads like that. I do get frustrated with people who do a google search and find some little tidbit on the ato site or elsewhere and suddenly the answer is known. Not just in tax law but in a whole heap of areas of law. The internet is a powerful tool but so are nuclear weapons. Just got to know how to control the ugly beasts. Maybe I'm just having a bad hair day.
Anyway nothing personal and like I said not trying to attack you or the link but as you say in Tin Tin's case it isn't applicable.
