REIWA have released preliminary median price data for the quarter ending December '04.
The weekend newspaper - Saturday 5th Feb - has data by suburb in the real estate section.
In an abnormally fast time, the data is already on the REIWA website!
Be aware that some median values are for the year to end of December and other median values are for the quarter ending December. The website seemed to be not yet up to date with non-metro localities.
