PM and Warranties

Hi, we have 2 IPS in SEQ and we live in Melbourne.
We have two electrical appliances that have failed
and are covered under warranty.
Should there be any difficulty for the PM to arrange for the appliances
to be repaired under warranty?
We had a situation where a six month old vacuum clear failed
and it all got a little to hard from Melbourne to physically take it to the manufacturer, so we replaced it at our cost
Is this service part of the PM's management of our properties?
