PM at Christies Beach

Good Day,

I am looking at a good PM in christies Beach.

I was quoted by Raywhite

2 + GST weeks letting fee, 1 week + GST re-letting Fee; $10 per month Admin fee.

I thought it was a bit high

I was also looking for a conveyancer and referral for Building and Pest control as I am from Sydney

that price is usual

I am with LJ Hooker Christies Beach.

From previous experience I would keep away from Ad Prop and Residential Letting.

My PM's Standard Fees 7.7% incl GST. letting fee 2 = weeks rent, re-let = 1 week rent, $5.50 pcm sundry items.

of course all of that is negotiable
