We haven't changed yet. A few issues at our IP. The director actually met us at the property when PM was not available. His solution was to give the tenant notice. Easy for him to say not his mortgage, not him that will be left with the clean up and I told him so. Our solution was for his agency to do the job they were employed to do while the tenant is still there and paying rent.
He said let us know exactly what you would like us to do?
So we are working on that. They took the commission so now they can do the work. I didn't think it fair that they took the commission and then smile as I pass the work onto another agency.
