PM recommendation for Brunswick/Coburg

Can anyone recommend a PM in Brunswick/Coburg VIC? Alternatively, is there any particular PM or agency I should avoid?

I own my agency and work as the PM.. I set it up as I was sick and tired working with idiots and for idiots that only thought real estate was about sales.

My advice. Is chose an agent you feel you can work with, sounds switched on and has motivation... DO NOT MAKE YOUR DESCISION ON COMMISSION ONLY... It will cost you more in the long run (if you get a dud)
