Any recommandations for a PM or agency in Richmond VIC?

The going rates were ranging from 6.8-7.7% and letting fee of around 4% of the annual rent. Have not leased a property for a few years but these seem pretty standard right?

Mgt fees are pretty right, 4% is high for a leasing fee.
