Podproperty

Hi there

As a newby, I'm trying to work out how to get into the mkt with an ip I can afford in Melbourne...has anyone heard of podproperty? Their website talks about several buyers (flatmates, friends) getting an ip in partnership....

Am yet to hear back from them, but they charge $250 for the agreement after you find something.

There was a thread about this before. But in my opinion, stay away from it. There are too many issues. Say you buy a property with 2 other people. What happens when they get married, get into financial difficulty, want to work overseas? Living with roommates is difficult. Buying with other people.....

Save money and buy yourself instead.
