Potentials for big narrow block

I am looking to buy a property which sits on a pretty big flat block of 1300sqm, the only thing is it's not as wide as I would prefer, at 15m width. Any idea of what sort of potentials there are to further maximize the value? I am not into sub dividing the land to put another dwelling at the back, more into putting add-ons to the land and home expansion, to make it a prestige property.

I had a look at tennis court constructor and seems like the minimum size to put a tennis court is 33m x 16m? Any ideas?
 
I thought about pool but SA weather probably not a good fit? I am looking for smth that can maximize the capital growth.
 
If you are doing high end luxury then a pool is generally expected. Most pools dont get used, they are a showpiece
