Pre Auction expenses?

Appologies for all the threads, I don't have much time to get organised before the auction on Saturday.

I had a question about the solicitor/conveyancing fees. I remember last time I had this done it cost over $1000. But that was soliciting the entire purchase.
I assume that pre auction I should be paying someone to look over the section 32 just to make sure I don't get any surprises?
I know the building inspection last time cost me roughly $300.
Can anyone give me an idea how much a solicitor will cost me pre-auction?

Anything else I'm missing?

This is often the case on condition that you end up using there services for which ever property you ultimately proceed with.

Others typically charge around $250-300 per review.

Given the amount of business I give him for my own personal stuff it's the least he can do!
