Private Lending

Hi all,

I have just reached my limit with my lending from banks and financial instituitions after buying my fourth house. At present I only earn a medium wage and have used all of my equity.

Does anyone have any experience with private lending, as I would love to continue to buy IP's and start developing in the next year. My goal is to buy at least one to two IP's a year for the next 16 years at least!

Hi Tarah

Yes do a fair bit of private lending but regretfully the LVR's are normally limited to circa 75-80%.
