Probation period and LMI

just ask for a letter ending your probation period - if you are doing a good job I am sure they will.

I have 2 IP with NAB and DONT WANT to use NAB again for this purchase.

I am happy with any other lender now.

NAB is excellent with probation and it can be done if the application is strong. Are you sure that the only reason was the probation part?

We all have our preferences of lenders. For example, I loathe St George but I still put loans to them because they fit the clients' needs. Don't have to get personal as it's only money.

I have nothing against NAB. It is just asset protection because other 2 IP are x-coll by them
