Property Development Feasibility Software

Hi,

I recently viewed an introductory presentation on property development by Carly Crutchfield. She made reference to feasibility software used by the industry to assess potential profitability. Does anybody know the names of the major software packages used by Australian developers? I queried google and it returned Feastudy 6.0 Professional. Are there any others out there?

We use EstateMaster.........it's good, but pricey

We use "Feastudy" as its simple and easy. Estate Master is good too, but very expensive.

I use feastudy as well. Will be using Estate Master soon when I can afford it.
