Property Development Software

Good Day All
I am intending to do a small development of six units and am hoping that some of the learned people on this forum may be able to help. Are there any software packages available to assist in the feasibility process of such a project. Could anyone who has used one give me some ideas as to usefullness, ease of use, cost etc, and whether this is the way to go?

I use Feastudy (or DevFeas) - can't remember what it's called.

Very very easy to use, and relatively inexpensive. Alot of the valuers that do development valuations for the banks also use it.

It provides a range of reports and sensitivity analyses to enable the consideration of various scenarious and "what ifs".
