i guess yesterday was a good time to buy and thinking this i decided to buy something that i can afford - in Sydney, West.
Its In Hebersham - Stevenage road.
3 bedroom and comes with a granny flat too which is not council approved and land size is 696sqm.
Probably will offer somewhere around 480k.
Just wondering what do you guys think? something to look out for? Not too sure if i can get granny flat council approved but its something that i plan to do if i could to add some value/rental income increase.
I guess there is nothing else i could do for the mean time but home for few years and see what happens.
Pretty much my aim is to use CG or whatever that i could to afford something in a suburb that i like - inner west.
What do you guys think of this area/place etc.
Any help will be appreciated. I am just trying to avoid any mistakes that i could and Not learn the hard way.
