Can anyone recommend a good property lawyer in Adelaide?
I'm currently in negotiations to buy two lots of land.
Deposit upfront (to cover holding costs for vendor) with long settlement (12-24 months), with payment of one piece of land after 12 months and payment of the remaining block after 24 months.
I'm assuming I'll need a solicitor to write up a contract for a deal such as this, as its not straight forward???
Any recommendations on a suitable solicitor and how to properly structure the deal would be greatly appreciated.
