Property Manager Ipswich

Hi

I have 3 IPs in Ipswich, and am a little disappointed in my current PM. I have been using the same one for the last 5 years, but have found she is getting a bit slack when it comes to inspections, passing on tenant requests etc. Had an incident recently where one of my houses was abandoned and trashed. Would have taken longer than 12 weeks (inspection interval) to get it to the state it was in.
I am considering switching to a new PM, but feel sometimes it's better the devil you know
If anyone can recommend a Superstar PM in the Ipswich area, I would be most grateful.
