Property Manager - Morisset / Lake Macquarie area

We settled on our property yesterday and looking for recommendations on a property manager. Spoke to a few and the PM from Cooranbong Real Estate seemed more switched on than the 'in town' ones but thought I'd check here first.

Similar question to Cherry Pro. Keen to hear if anyone has recommendations for PMS in the Central Coast area.

Currently using one of the larger Real Estate companies in the area and haven't been happy with the service.

Where on the central coast exactly? I have one in gosford and one further out from wyong I'm happy to recommend.

Ours is in Balcolyn on the Morriset peninsula, pretty part of the world. I'm tossing between LJ Hooker and Ray White at Morriset.
