He is one of my clients, has been in the indrusty over 25 years and has reasonable rates (6.6%). Plus he actually knows the rules and tenancy act inside out unlike many.

I have also heard good things about Gilmour at Castle Hill

Try Walsh and Sullivan First National at Baulkham Hills. They've been around for ages and really know their stuff. I've sent landlords to them now for many years and they've all had nothing but high praise. Ask for Kathy Stopic or Julie Holloway (senior PM) in particular.
