property on subdivided allotment

I am currently interested in 1 property. But agent told me that it has been renovated and is on a subdivided allotment. What does it mean to me?

Anything I need to double check?

Unless you go out into the Simpson Desert you will find that every lot in Australia (Torrens Title and all the old system) is on a subdivided allotment.

When an agent tells you it’s on a “subdivided allotment” that’s the equivalent of saying “dogs bark”. Its on a subdivided lot, so a the majority of properties in Australia. So what….

As silversands said “post more information”.

It is a 2 bedrooms house. Just finished the renovation. And from the s32 it seems it is currently under a company name. Will book a time for inspection this weekend.
It is asking for 330k to 350k.
