I was just wondering hi I can get a birds eye view of my property?

I went on google maps and I can see what I want but I can not save the picture, how do I save the picture.

Also went on whereis and another site but don't seem to be able to save the picture. Any ideas???

Control - Alt - Print Scrn and dump it in Paint? Primitive, but works.

also give http://www.nearmap.com/ a go instead of google maps, it often has more recent, higher res images.

also +1 for just taking a screen shot. windows 7 has the 'snipping tool' and also google 'snagit' for something with more features if you need them

I agree, Nearmaps is better than google maps and for personal use it's free.
(just tick the box to accept the conditions and it will let you continue)
While looking at a property it shows the date when the last image was taken but there is a drop down menu and you can pick a different date.
The drop down menu allows you to look at previous dates and some of the images will be better resolution so have a play and see which one you prefer
