Property titles

Just received the S32 on 1 property. However it shows a company name in the document. Does it mean the property is under a company title?

The property is owned by a company, possibly as a trustee. Company title has no bearing on the ownership.

Company titles are quite rare in Victoria these days. They're less than 1% of titles registered and most body corporates are working to eliminate them as they actually devalue the property (due to more restrictive lending against them).

It might just be that the owner is a trustee company for a trust?

Just have a little chat with the agent. He said after the purchasing, title of the property will be changed under my name, and there will no issue if it will be sold later on.

So based on this, I think the company title should be fine. Right?
