Re Val of Block of Flats

Hello

Has anyone here had a reval done within the first six months of purchase on a block of flats? .We are interested in one ...4 - 2br on one title, would put the usual exterior improvements / paint /landscape in but not sure if the valuer would hold the same mindset as with a standard IP house.

Uh those sort of improvements wouldn't usually give rise to an increased valuation on a standard house either.

At least not above about a hundred other factors that would be given more weight.

strata titling it however- would add value.

Ive only ever done exterior before first reval on properties all of which were decent, that said I am an exterior contractor.
Offer is in, if successful Im sure to answer my own question

Have done within a mth of settlement

Earlier than 3 to 6 mths often needs refi to another lender
