REA wanted - Melbourne (Inner North)

Hi All,

We have a property in Brunswick, Melbourne. 2BR apartment, about 8 years old in heritage listed complex.

We are looking for an REA to talk to and potentially engage to manage for 2 1/2 to 3 years (maybe more). Furnished OR unfurnished (haven;t decided yet).

Can anyone recommend a trustworthy person? Regular inspections, photos while we are o'seas, etc, would be ideal. We are also open to discussions regarding organising our own tradies to come on-site when needed. We have family who could help organise. NOt 100% on this, but needs to be discussed.

I tell all my clients that quality marketing is the key to generating interest and therefore maximising rent and minimising vacancy. However, once tenanted, its hard to tell if the agents will deliver on their promises. My tip is check out the quality of their adverts before you sign on the dotted line, and google the company to check for reviews. Good luck!
